German Law v Islamic Law, A Must-Watch Documentary [video]

Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany was established in 1949. It’s first three articles (paraphrased below) specify legally protecting human rights encompassing human dignity, personal freedoms, and equality before the law. They state:

Article 1 [Human dignity – Human rights – Legally binding force of basic rights] (1) Human dignity shall be inviolable. To respect and protect it shall be the duty of all state authority.

Article 2 [Personal freedoms] (1) Every person shall have the right to free development of his personality insofar as he does not violate the rights of others or offend against the constitutional order or the moral law. (2) Every person shall have the right to life and physical integrity. Freedom of the person shall be inviolable. These rights may be interfered with only pursuant to a law.

Article 3 [Equality before the law] (1) All persons shall be equal before the law. (2) Men and women shall have equal rights. The state shall promote the actual implementation of equal rights for women and men and take steps to eliminate disadvantages that now exist.

Despite Germany’s constitutional law, German law enforcement, its legal system, and its people, must deal with more than 800,000 Muslim “refugees” who reject it. The “refugees” reject Germany’s constitution because it directly opposes Islamic law.

A recent German documentary produced by 2DF Zoom entitled, “Ein Staat- zwei Welten?” evidences the fundamental difference between German law and Islamic law.

In opposition to first three articles of the German Constitution, the Qur’an defines “equality” for men and women. Qur’an Surah IV, entitled, “Women,” clearly states the role of women, who are considered “property” and that one woman is legally valued as half the legal status of one man.

It clearly states, contrary to Germany’s constitution, that women do not have equal rights to men.

Even a tween boy, knows this, who states in the documentary, “the woman belongs only to him and she has to wear the hijab.” He understands the Qur’an’s instruction that legally orders family and society.

The Qur’an also specifies who can have sex with whom, who can be married, which and how many slaves a man can own, the delineation and responsibility for children, and many other rules related to family structure and living.

For example, Qur’an Surah IV, verse 11 states: “Allah enjoins you concerning your children: The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females.” It also ascribes in detail how financial worth and inheritance should be distributed to specific family members.

Additionally, Surah XXIV, entitled, “The Light,” specifies whom men can and cannot marry; punishment for “fornicators,” and ascribes what women can and cannot wear and levels of punishment for violating the specified dress code.

Men are legally allowed under Shari’a (Islamic law) to have four wives and unlimited number of slaves. Slaves are referred to as, “what your right hands possess.” (v.3).

Likewise, the Qur’an specifies that women are to be punished for “indecency” (v.16) and are considered “property.” Verse 34 states:

Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; they good women are therefore obedient … and to those on whose part you feel desertion, [leaving Islam] admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them.”

Not to mention the institutionalized violence against women and girls that is inherent to Islam. The Qur’an endorses child marriage, female genital mutilation, and honor killings.

Germany is already struggling, as is every Western country, with Muslim “refugees” who reject their laws and cultural norms, yet at the same time demand receiving financial benefits.

Germany represents a quintessential moment in history for Westerners to recognize “Civilization Jihad” — that no assimilation or integration is possible between western laws and Islam. And to act to preserve their constitutional law or relinquish it to Islamic law.
